Remembering Jim Clark - 40 years on

Monday marks the 40th anniversary of the death of one of Formula One racing’s all-time greats. Jim Clark passed away on April 7, 1968 after crashing in a Formula Two race at Germany’s Hockenheim circuit.

The winner of 25 Grands Prix and two world titles, Scotsman Clark remains one of the sport’s best-loved champions, and still features in most pundits’ ‘top five drivers of all time’ list. To learn more of Clark’s career, visit our Hall of Fame section.
